Working with Joelle has truly been a life-changing experience. Before we started, I never fully understood the power of lifting heavy weights. I always thought cardio was the key to getting in shape, but Joelle showed me that lifting weights is not only incredibly effective but also a game changer in transforming my body. It’s made a huge difference in how I feel and how strong I’ve become.
What really opened my eyes, though, was the importance of nutrition. I’ve been working out for over 20 years, but the difference between then and now is Joelle. I used to think I knew it all. I had the experience, the consistency, and the discipline. But what I didn’t have was the knowledge, confidence, and understanding that Joelle has given me. She didn’t just change how I train. She changed how I think about fitness, nutrition, and performance.
Looking back at old photos, I wouldn’t look the way I do now without her. But most importantly, I wouldn’t feel the way I do now. As a homeschooling mom of 4 I thought how I looked was how I would always look. I was unhappy but didn’t know where to start to change it. She believed in me before I believed in myself. She has laughed with me, cried with me and pushed me farther than I ever dreamed possible, showing me I was capable of so much more than I even knew. She was gentle and led me through but tough in never letting me give up or get down on myself, always pushing me just a little bit further.
